From the newly renovated modern farm venue, multiple ceremony sites, preparation cottage and overnight rental accommodations, to the in-house catering packages that offer an array of appetizer options, linen napkins, and upgradable dining equipment, you have a great foundation for building your dream celebration.
01.Venue Space
Willowbrook is a flexible event space with a variety of locations throughout the property to celebrate. With seating for up to 120 guests within the center interior section of the barn, and up to 200 guests accommodated on the glass enclosed dining space, the guest count range is very accommodating. Smaller social events or rehearsal dinners up to 75 guests can be seated on the outdoor patio under the deck, or within the lower level of the barn as well.
From the majestic and iconic weeping willow, to sweeping pastoral views, the iconic grain silos and a serene pond, a vast array of locations for stunning wedding day photography also exist within the acres of the farm venue.

Climate Control
Newly updated in 2022! Year round air conditioning and heat within the entire barn interior {including the newly enclosed glass veranda decking} will make your event comfortably climate controlled and extra enjoyable.
02.Ceremony Site
Multiple unique and picturesque ceremony sites are located throughout the grounds of the farm. Love is in the air all over the Farm and there is a ceremony site to suit every couple’s personality, taste, and theme.
Our $750 On-Site ceremony package includes the following:
- An hour for guest arrival and ceremony.
- Guest seating with set-up and tear down for up to 150 guests.
- Choice of the iconic willow tree chandelier, or a ceremony accent from our arch and antique door collection.

03.The Cottage
The Cottage is the perfect setting for the wedding party to make their celebration day preparations. From unveiling your dress or tux to family and friends, to touching up your lipstick, the cottage is fully equipped for all of your preparation needs. Whisk away for a moment of luxurious calm in the middle of your big day or to enjoy a champagne toast. This multi-functional facility truly has it all to make your day at Willowbrook the complete package.
The Cottage amenities include:
- Two preparation suites with separate entrances
- Equipped kitchenette in each suite
- Lounge and dining furniture in each suite
- Make up stools and lighted mirrors in suite #1
- Full length salon mirror in suite #1
- Private restroom in suite #1
Overnight
The renovated Cottage Suite and Farmhouse are available for overnight accommodation at a nightly rental rate.
04.In-house Catering
The chefs are passionate about food. From the farm to your fork with creative catering flair, quality local and seasonal ingredients are customized into imaginative menus, unique to each and every client we serve.
Our in-house culinary menus at Willowbrook offer a broad array of food items and service styles to please any palate or theme—from a family style feast to an elegant sit-down meal. And with many ingredients grown on our own Willowbrook Farm, local takes on a whole new meaning! Also new for 2022– our delicious brunch, lunch and snack menus for your on-site wedding day preparations.
Please note- we do not permit outside catering.

05.Overnight Rentals
Overnight accommodation rental options abound on property for your convenience in our modern farmhouse or the cottage suite nestled on the second story of the wedding preparation cottage. Newlyweds, family or friends can opt to rent either space by the night based upon availability.
Our overnight accommodations include the following:
- Kitchens fully stocked with appliances and kitchenwares
- Private bathrooms
- Bed linens and bath towels
- Relaxed seating and neutral decor
- Air Conditioning
- Outdoor furnishings, private deck and firepit at the farmhouse
- Weber charcoal grille at the farmhouse
At Willowbrook, you can also experience the tranquility of the farm and stay with us through Airbnb during the week and off-wedding season.
